Payment Terms

Orders placed through the SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM Site will be processed Goggle Checkout. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and the Discover Network. Sorry, no C.O.D. shipments. Credit cards will be charged when the order is shipped from our distribution center. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).

We will only ship to an address that is on record with your credit card provider. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. All charges will be made in US Dollars.

In addition, consumer protection laws protect you against the unauthorized use of your credit card. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges made to your account.

Orders/Shipments Outside the Continental U.S.

Funds must be in U.S. Currency. Canada – Orders may be placed on our website. Shipping charges will be double the listed charges shown in the shipping table above.

Brokerage, duty and other fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or pre-pay these charges. Please check with your government customs officials to find out how much these charges might be prior to ordering.

International Shipments: Any customers outside the continental United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada).

Requirements for international orders:
         •         All quotes, prices are listed in US Dollars only.
         •         All orders must be paid by bank wire transfer only. *NO Credit Cards.
         •         Minimum purchase total must equal or exceed $400 before shipping.
International Orders must be placed via our sales@Seresautomotive.com email link. Orders will be shipped after our bank in the US has received wire transfer. Returns, exchanges must adhere to SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM policies listed in the terms and conditions. Please include the following information with your order:

All orders will be shipped via FedEx International or the US Postal Service.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged at the applicable rate, depending on the destination of the order. Colorado residents will be charged at the current State Sales Tax rate. All Canada residents will be responsible for GST and any other custom/import taxes.

Shipping Terms

SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM ships via 3-7 day ground service. Express delivery is available for an extra charge. Same-day delivery may also be available in your area. Please refer to the check out tables for additional shipping information. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order but your items may arrive in more than one box.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM, it’s affiliates, employees, vendors, suppliers, officers or parent company SERES INC. be liable for any INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, DIRECT, INDIRECT or ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, IN ACTION, TORT OR OTHERWISE, including loss of use, income or profits, or damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase of our merchandise, imposed on us hereunder or in connection herewith, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM (SERES INC.) shall not have any liability (whether under the theories of breach of contract or warranty, negligence or strict liability) in excess of the purchased price paid for the merchandise.

Enforcement of Terms and Conditions of Use

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Exchanges
We will exchange products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased you may return it if it is in it’s original condition and packaging and it has not been scratched or damaged from install/uninstall procedures. Buyer will be responsible for 100% of shipping and handling costs on ALL PRODUCT returns except when products are defective or carry fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you. All exchanges MUST BE accompanied by an RMA number issued by SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM.

The RMA number is only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

* Please allow 24 to 72 hours for SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM to issue of your RMA number. Exchanges, returns or refunds can take up to 3 weeks to process once product has been received at the warehouse.

Refunds
Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase (minus a 25% re-stocking fee and all shipping costs incurred by SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM) ONLY IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED, DAMAGED, USED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY. An RMA number issued by SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM must accompany all refunds. All refunds are subject to a full inspection before any refund is given.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by sending us an email or calling us. Orders canceled after they have already been shipped will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs incurred by SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM.

Warranty
Warranty is for exchange only. All products (except LED tail lights) come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturers defects. LED taillights come with a 1-year warranty against defects and LED outages. An RMA number issued by SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM must accompany all warranty claims.

SERESAUTOMOTIVE.COM carefully inspects and meticulously packages all products prior to shipping. If your product arrives damaged you must sign for the shipment as 'received damaged'. The shipping company will then be responsible for the damaged item. After signing for and receiving the part, contact us and we will assist you with the damage claim and part replacement process. Please have your order number ready.

* Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer with all claims.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you to keep your factory OEM (or old) lights in case you need to exchange your purchase. This will allow you to operate your vehicle while the exchange process is being handled.
